Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day.

NZ SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch your orders within two business days. This may be delayed during sales and peak times. 
We offer FREE tracked shipping on orders over $140 within New Zealand (*this may not be included during sale periods). Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and a signature may be required upon delivery. Please keep in mind some deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances we can not control. On average shipping within NZ takes up to 3 business days. Deliveries to some rural areas can take up to 5 business days within New Zealand.

Please understand that if your package goes missing after being delivered, Mr Consistent NZ will be not be able to process a claim on your behalf. You can manage your order through the tracking link sent to you in your tracking email. Mr Consistent NZ is unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery, lost parcels or stolen parcels. Please first contact the associated courier first. You will need to provide your tracking number, full name and address.
